Well..if you give free money to managers, they will solve their yatch, new sports car, new house, 5* vacations.... of course, it will look as "work" from the accountability perspective....big invoices from consulting companies, fake construction, availability studies, etc.....just a bunch of paper. There is nothing more tempting to "administer" other's monies.... look at the Govt!...

Any "reasonable priced" upgrade program for original discs? That would be good. If you have paid $60 for a BF2, and BF4 is again $60, they should allow discs owners to upgrade for no more than $15. I would like to be a fan of game companies again....but they are doing exactly the opposite for a couple of bucks.

When an institution receives money, it vanishes through "operationa costs" and at the end, we should consider ourselves lucky if 10% is really used for the real purpose. Doesn't matter the -ism .... without full transparency, money ends in the administrator's pockets. Every govt office should have the obligation to have open and free access books, so we, the people, can understand why they are spending more and doing less.

Just make it cheaper, no matter how.... if somebody find a way to make good business nuking the moon, they will go ahead....romantic people can still watch Breakfast at Tiffany's... Tides? Who needs tides? Fishes? who cares? I will have my new Ferrari to drive, a longer yatch and a luxurious flat in Aspen....

If this senator would like to erradicate crime from the streets, maybe he should start supporting public health and education up to university level with big tax deductions for them whom finish their degrees... crime is a way to get easy money, like..em...belong to a Govt institution for life....or receive insane pension plans for 3 years in politics, without any evaluation of results....

Ditto...I remember when I read about the "trick" to copy all the 3.12 floppies to the boot partition and install it from there.... no more floppy swapping!! ...I guess Novell's success was because it was *simple*... My record for a Novell Server was slightly more than 3 years without rebooting....solid rock...
