I wonder how this affects apps that tweak certain aspects of the operations system. Take Cinch for example; it provides similar functionality as Windows snap features, where you drag the window to the side and it snaps to fit 50% of the screen. It's available in the Mac App Store right now, but will it be available after these rules are set in place?

First priority for ticket sales? Of course this would probably work more with established artists than unknown artists.
