pudge's Journal: Minneapolis

I am probably going to Minneapolis in summer '08 for the Republican National Convention. I just need to be elected as a delegate, and then save up the money for travel and convention costs.

Maybe I'll get in a Twins game. I am just glad it's not in the South or some hot city.

I think I'll just be content to watch it on TV. I'll keep an eye out though. Wear a leprechaun suit so you'll be easy to spot umkay? ;)

Minneapolis can be hot

In the summer time. Hot and humid. But evening thunderstorms are always nice if you enjoy that type of weather, as I do.

But while Minneapolis CAN BE hot, the South WILL BE hot. :-) And yeah, there's often the chance of rain to cool you off, as there is in MA.

True enough about the south.

I like to get out to Minnesota in the summer, but that's usually for a lakeside cabin out in the middle of nowhere, not Minneapolis!
