Received via email today, regarding my HOA and political yard signs:

The CC&R committee would like to thank you for pointing out the newer Washington state law regarding election signs. We were unaware of this law and have made note in the records.
It took a month to hear back from them, and I am removing the signs tomorrow, but well, it's better late than never.

Our annual HOA meeting is next Tuesday. I am going. We'll see if it is mentioned. If not, maybe I will.
These things are always messed up. Last year, this woman put in a request for a variance on the CC&Rs to let her put up a clothesline visible from the street, which is against the rules now. The reason? Previously, she could put one in her backyard without it being seen, but the trees back there -- owned by the
