I hate the word "blog." But really, it's no worse than "movie." That's probably one of the dumbest words in the English language, and it's not going anywhere.

  • Just think, at least "talkie" went the way of the Dodo.
    • Yeah, but probably only because it became obsolete. Sorta like "podcast" will be (well, it was obsolete from the beginning, but will become moreso, as all audio programs get broadcasted online, and we just once again misuse the word "radio" to cover all such things).
  • I hate it when words are used in a context in which they don't belong. For example, the word "tether" is used by some to refer to the act of connecting to the Internet from a computer or PDA through a cellular phone.
  • I've always wondered what Blog means... I know it when I see one, but is it...
