Basically, my previous post was right on. Judge says the election was seriously flawed; judge said the elections laws contribute to the problem and make it worse; judge said he won't fix the laws, but only apply them. Judge won't overturn election.

So this is a judge that won't legislate? Amazing! We need more of them (assuming this judge has been consistently of this opinion).

He said the thing to do now (he said this a couple months ago) is just to dirty the entire election and make the Dems look dishonest. He said the best strategy at this point is to keep releasing new information every few weeks or months over the next few years to keep it in peoples minds so that the voters jsut feel dirty showing up at the polls to vote democratic.

hopefully we can get someone in who will stop raising taxes. What's it been 3? 4? proposed tax hikes so far?
