phlosoft writes "The world's first 3D scanner for iPhone has arrived in the form of Trimensional, which uses both the screen and front-facing camera on an iPhone in concert, detecting patterns of light reflected off a face to instantly build a textured 3D model. The accompanying video shows a variety of human facial expressions being captured in 3D by the software, which requires a dark room in order to function."
