netphilter's Journal: Managed Security

I received a mailing from Computer Associates today about their product eTrust Intrusion Detection. I'm looking at some of the documentation and seriously thinking about purchasing this. Has anyone used this before? What about other, similar products? Feedback is definitely welcome.
