Journal mskfisher's Journal: Headline comparison 3

Headline from CNN's front page:

Headline from Yahoo! News' article link:

Which is more accurate? The ban is not as widely "anti-abortion" as the CNN headline would make you believe. Some argue it is wider than it should be, but its purpose is still clear - a ban on partial-birth (Dialation and Extraction, or D&X) abortion.
Granted, the CNN headline was crafted to fit into a tighter spot than the Yahoo headline, but they could've said "Bush signs anti-D&X abortion bill" or even "Bush signs anti-partial-birth-abortion bill" and fit the same spot.

I don't want to scream "bias" right away, but I do want accuracy. And "anti-abortion bill" is not accurate.
The bill is not against abortion in general - it is only against one type of procedure.

Update (2003-11-06 00:18 GMT):

Here's another example from Yahoo! News:

This is another vague headline. It is not a ban on all late-term abortions - it is a ban on one type of procedure.
