Power has been up for 2 days now, and thousands of servers are still down. (mine included, 300 sites offline.) Got through to phone tech support & they say no end in site. They are "working through reboot tickets in the order received". I didn't put in a ticket until tuesday (oh btw my server is down, in case you were unaware of the problem...). They are too big and just don't have enough people to push all the buttons.
