Faster downloading (Score 1)

Ever try to set the timeouts for static content to 40 years in the future. Then the browser won't check to see if there's a new version for all those little images, HTML snippets and javascript files. When you upgrade, just put the new files in a different directory to force the download. Basically take control of the automated download process.
