      German philosopher Nietzsche wrote this book. I suspect he wanted to name his book as 'Beyond God & Devil', in Western civilisation the opposite word of God is not Devil. God is the one that exists beyond good and evil. Time has passed and the age is the first decade of 21st century. Now those who can judge what is good and evil are few humans who can have the third fire.
      • I intended the previous post to be a light tease as a foil to your post. The invocation of Nietzsche in response causes me to pause a moment, and reflect. Upon my reflection, i believe it is proper to place a bit of Nietzsche here. Your concept of god existing beyond good and evil may very well be true.     The philosophy of Nietzsche was made the most of by Hitler's state-hired scholar and said to be the cause of Hitler's rule over Europe. But we can see similar examples everywhere in the world. Many things were good when they were born but later they were used improperly. This was the true meaning of 'reversals'.
