Japan is so-called company society. The right of individuals is strictly restricted, even those who invented new technology in company, the technic is not regarded as individual's but company's. The loyalty is rarely paid to its individuals. Sony made battery caught fire in Dell, Apple in the past, but today at last even in a computer made in Japan -Fujitsu made, the Sony made battery caught fire. The feature of company society is when they made success, they attribute their success to company, but when they failed they attribute their failure to individuals.
