How do you think about the new style sheet of the Technocrat. net?

The colour yellow or rather shocking yellow hurts my eyes, my retina.

I usually spend many hours in reading articles and writing comments in Technocrat.net, but just it is unbearable of my retina to keep on staying in the site more than at a glance, unless I kept away from it, I am liable to be suffered from flashlight of yellow colour when I try to sleep, that makes me hard to sleep.

No more yellow peril.

  • That style sheet should've been used for annotation/highlighting... perhaps a softer yellow too... blech, very nasty (I have a very bright monitor used for gaming)... ye gods the white color hurts anyways, I've found that PAPER texture (cream paper, not white) is the least hurtful.

    Perhaps we could learn from "older" approaches to things (like paper).

    • I tried to get accustomed to, but just found it unable to. It hurts me definitely, so I quit visitin the site any more.

      Or probably to wear Rayban is a good idea. But I can't do it in someone's presence, people will ask what I am doing. I will probably reply that because the colour hurts me. People will reply whether I have another alternatives like reading a book. I would reply 'no, no I like zogger and zogger's articles, I have nothing for it but to wear the sun glasse to read his articles'. People will s

  • I have to say I am not a great fan of this new style .. My CSS is rusty , but I could give a go at a new style for it , if the html is properly documented /and or the current CSS easy to modify .
    • What HM represents? I have no idea. I sent an e-mail to your account, will you send me the explanation?
  • That yellow is terrible. One has to ask if the designers of it has actually seen it themselves ... ever?!
    • Both Bruce aka Technocrat and zogger are Red/Green colour blind. They told us at the beginning of new.Technocrat.net. So it would be hard for them to know how the colour they used affects the rest of them.

      They have already declared they would make other options available, probably we will see another version or we can choose other templates. So I will wait and see for sometime.

      It's been one of my most favourite things to visit their site, and I don't want them to rob my pleasure of me.
