Journal: Microsoft patches MIA

Journal by linlu
I am attempting to download the latest patches released by Microsoft today. Of the eight or so I have tried, only the Office XML patches are available. The rest have so far returned this lame error.

Journal: Yipee! My alterego is still available after all this time...

Journal by linlu
After all these years being online, I never joined /. I read it occassionally, when referred to it by patrat, but had too many other things to look at. Now that I have feeddemon (paid for it!), I can zip through the postings. I am finding I am visiting this site on a regular basis now.

Anyway, back to the subject. My nickname is as it turns out a popular chinese name. It was created by removing the "DUH" in lindalu. So it's linlu. Which was suprisingly still avalable.

I have a website that is in desparate need of work, maybe I'll just turn it over to my brother and let him take care of it for me. I know he'd love the space.

That's all of my random musings for the moment
