Why do you have to comb different states to find dogs that need a home. I can find them by the side of the road out in the country.

One of these pups was about four months old when I found her, the right age to have been a Christmas puppy and the gotten rid of when she proved to be a lot of work. I spent most of my afternoon cajoling her to come to mind hand so I could leash her quickly.
