Don't put the blame on cast system for incompetence. It is the affirmative action(policy of reservation) that forces the incompetent to have any job that requires skill without having any merit. It is the low cast people now having a field day who know nothing but have all the power.

You may try to find out how many people are on B1 visa from India.

They need to reclassify H1B as temp visa so that people working on H1B are not eligible for green card. That is the biggest hole which no one is talking about.

Then let that company go there.

The abuse has been going on since Harper's time or atleast since 2008-2009. The concerned department did almost nothing when I brought a few cases to their notice. They were asking me to furnish proofs when they had all the data in their department.

Not just that..people on H1B should be deported back to their homes.

It IS the corporations who write ANY law in the US.

This actually the cure for H1B problem that h1B holders should never be allowed to become permanent residents. That will take away the sheen from H1B program If the rules are made to only address the real shortage(which does not exist in the first place).

It is not hard to stop the abuse but why let it happen in the first place? H1B should be classified as temp visa which can not be used as pathway to greencard. Max limit should be 3 years. Any one who ever used H1B should be barred from ever applying for US immigration. All the abuse will stop over night.

But you have not seen the level of corruption in countries like India, Pakistan etc. The reason western countries are declining in the index is because of corruption import from those countries... you may find my comment as racist but I am from that part of the world so ...take it easy.
