Its still in its early days but you might wanna have a look at http://racksmith.net/.
Its aiming help you map multiple datacenters spread over a campus. (servers, patches, cables....)
I'm working on it with a group I knew at uni & we're looking to make a stable release within 1 month.
Theres an online demo (which is the latest build) and also a screencast of out old alpha release.
