Is there a way to filter out 'stories' based on their tags? I.e. "ad" ?

1) It's not about survival - it's called capitalism. If you want socialism / communism, go elsewhere.

Well that seems like a pile of crap. Of course the pedestrians (like anyone else) are responsible for their own well being - to protect themselves. This is one of the major problems with everyone today - the "it's not my responsibility to use common sense" mentality.

They don't need to spend to spend much time at all to come up with "higher taxes will reduce our deficit". It's been "working" for them for years.

Interesting trend I've been noticing on /. - so many of the left slanted posts are modded up while the dissenting one are modded down (like the parent of this, as flamebait). I guess I overestimated the community here...

i guess you don't live near NJ? the politicians are busy working towards ensuring that 'weapons' are on their way out, specifically firearms and especially high cal ones. plus, NJ doesn't allow the carrying of firearms (well, it's extremely rare/difficult to acquire).

i guess reading the (U.S.) constitution is inconsistent with running for office in NJ. :(
