I don't think that this is valid.
1) "...following the rules of Magic"
2) "At any time, three Teysas are in play"
Back when Legends were originally released, you could only have one Legend card in play at a time. If another player summoned them, the previous Legend card had to be destroyed. Has that rule changed?
