Upstate New York (Score 1)

I live in upstate New York where our average annual snowfall is over 120 inches. Yes, that's 10 feet per year, granted it snows and melts and then snows again so it doesn't all pile up. However, we can get two feet of snow overnight and the roads will be clear to drive to work the following morning.
