As much as I love Psychonauts, after playing through Brutal Legend twice, I would pass up a Psychonauts sequel in favor of a BL2. The game got a lot of criticism for certain gameplay elements, but those didn't bother me (I thought the combat system was pretty cool), and the world just left me wanting more. Too bad so many people hated it.

Then, once the stomach cancer robots get rid of the crabs, we simply release wave after wave of Chinese needle snakes. They'll wipe out the cancer robots.

Yeah, as much as I want to back up the Heinlein reference, I'm not sure it's that black and white.

I would love to be able to use a DualShock/mouse hybrid control scheme for Skyrim. It might be a little awkward, but I was considering the Move Navigation controller for this (the one that's basically a reduced DualShock meant to be held in one hand). Not sure how well it would work out, but I really miss a mouse while trying to aim my bow/magic (but really only during those times).

There are peripherals (Eagle Eye, or something) that allow using your mouse/keyboard with PS3 games that don't normally support them, but I'm not sure how well it would work (especially since I want a hybrid), so I'm not willing to shell out $50 (plus whatever the navigation controller costs) to figure it out. But there are options out there for those who would want to do this.

As to why I don't just play on the PC in the first place, it's just personal preference. I recognize the PC is superior in some ways, but I prefer the PS3 for most of my gaming.

It may not be "officially" correct, but it's certainly not unheard of.

Yeah, that's why I described it as a decent list above. It's leaving out some games that at least some people will feel obviously belong there, but it also includes quite a few that are normally overlooked. Overall, it's not bad.

Yeah, that was one of the ones I didn't agree with. But anyone who's ever paid attention to the yearly character content polls at GameFAQs would have predicted it. Legend of Zelda or Mario will always win when they are an option.

Nice to see Brutal Legend on there. Suprised to see E.T. nominated. :) And Secret of Monkey Island is there under "Additional Games," at least.
