They make no such claim:

"Formed in December 2008 the NZICT Group is an industry association made up of over 80 leading New Zealand ICT companies" - http://ict.org.nz/

By definition, an industry association is governed by commercial size.

You know you've been spending too much time on the computer when your friend misdates a check, and you suggest adding a "++" to fix it.
