  AT&T Announces iPhone price plans[->] 2007-06-26 10:20 MacGod

Submitted by MacGod on Tuesday June 26 2007, @10:20AM
MacGod writes "Macworld is reporting that AT&T has announced three price plans specifically for the iPhone. In addition to selecting any of AT&T's regular price plans, iPhone customers can choose from three unlimited-data plans. The plans include 450, 900 and 1350 minutes for $60, $80 or $100 per month, respectively. In addition to the unlimited data, all plans include 200 SMS messages, unlimited mobile-to-mobile calling, and unused minutes roll-over to the next month. As expected, registration and plan selection is done through iTunes."

  Bugged Canadian Coins 2007-01-10 12:18 tundra_man

Submitted by tundra_man on Wednesday January 10 2007, @12:18PM
tundra_man writes "CBC has an article posted about RFID type devices being found in Canadian coins found on US Contractors persons. From the article "Canadian coins containing tiny transmitters have mysteriously turned up in the pockets of at least three American contractors who visited Canada, says a branch of the U.S. Department of Defence". From the article "The report did not indicate what kinds of coins were involved" but I would say that the Canadian two dollar coin known as the "twonie" would be the best fit for the job as it has an inset component which could potentially be swapped for a high tech center."
