Yeah, because the half hour difference between 10:30pm and 11pm would just ruin you.

Of course, you could always try getting up earlier in the morning, and catch the store before it closes.

It's still stupid, and based on the bizarre idea that kids won't have access to their console during that period. How bout asking parents to lock down their credit cards a little more tightly?

The fact that it was a leaked early release is the reason for the mass downloading numbers, not weak DRM or growing numbers of pirates. I mean come the fuck on- even people who typically or ALWAYS purchase their games would have been interested in this release, who wouldn't want a chance to play a game before it even hits shelves?

This is doublespeak. One moment they are worried they might be seen to "endorse or support" the gaming convention- next they are simply blaming it on their lack of involvement. Which is the truth? Do they truly only accept donations from organizations with which they are "involved"? Let's face it- they don't condone gaming or gaming conventions, to the degree they are afraid to accept donations from them. That shows serious bias no matter that ridiculous self-contradictory disclaimer.

One good suit is worth a thousand resumes.
