How do you contact Google?->

For example, if you search for "McCain", "iPhone", or "BlackBerry", all of the results will display "mccain", "iphone", or "blackberry". This is clearly underisable (particularly for brands like BlackBerry, which can be mistaken for the fruit if all lower-cased), and there is no link on the main page to contact Google about the problem. Eventually through some digging, I found a link to report the problem, to which they sent an automated reply to a Google News discussion forum. There are apparently other users on this discussion forum that have noticed the same problem and have posted their complaints, yet the discussion forum does not appear to be monitored either. I first noticed this casing problem and submitted my complaint almost two weeks ago — what does it take to get Google's attention?"
