I'm not sure it really a good idea, since people are already donating their taxed money to support their church. Why should donated money be taxed twice? Plus don't stereotype, not all churches teach literal versions of their religious histories and they do provide charity to many around the world. Most provide education that is better then that provided by state schools.
If the FDA cares about safety why do they approve pink slime and transfats (until recently), anti-biotics in farm animals, etc?

Insurance companies do not foot any of the bill. All the money comes from working people and taxpayers. Insurance companies just take a cut and pass some of it on to greedy "healthcare" corporations.
The camera should switch all intersection traffic red if a reckless driver is about to enter a busy intersection on red. This should improve safety for all. The camera should continue to issue a ticket to the reckless driver.
The camera should detect the dangerous driver about to go thru a red light and issue a ticket. At the same time, it should also keep the cross traffic light red until the reckless driver clears the intersection.
Write your local politician to change this. Just a few letters make a huge difference.
2.5 billon is really a very small amount for a country of over 300 million people with a GDP of over 15 trillion. These missions help increase human knowledge and lead to a higher standard of living for all humanity.
