Gaim forced to change it's name?

Submitted by Edam
Edam writes "According to the latest news on their new website, the Gaim project (a free, open-source instant messenger) is being renamed to Pidgin as a result of legal negotiations with AOL. It seems that AOL took a dislike to the previous name and have threatened to sue several Gaim developers. The 2.0 release of the newly named Pidgin is due release fairly soon."

isoHunt.com ISP pulls the plug

Submitted by edam
edam writes "Probably in relation to their pending lawsuit, the BitTorrent search engine site, isoHunt, has had its plug pulled by their ISP. Acording to a temporary page now hosted at their new ISP, they are moving their site from the US to Canada and they are hoping to be up and running again some time today."

A great nation is any mob of people which produces at least one honest man a century.
