Installing a GBA Emulator: Linux VS Windows

Windows: Download ZIP file, unzip, run. Has GUI, load up files, goodie.
Linux: Download
Download
Go back to GBA Emu directory
missing some part of libsdl, download, install
Ok now it works.
Run it, no GUI, must load everything from CLI, must type in exact proper CLI options to make anything work.
