From my preface: "The purpose of this little book is to provide a clear and careful account of general relativity with a minimum of mathematics. The book has fewer prerequisites than other texts, and less mathematics is developed. The prerequisites are single variable calculus, a few basic facts about partial derivatives and line integrals, and a little matrix algebra. The algebra of tensors plays only a minor role."
