Now ask your grandparents the same questions.
Now ask yourself the same questions about a large amount of cash.
And these incompetent operators is what is causing cash to lose credibility. An unregulated, anonymous currency that is stored with unregulated, uninsured entities is immediately a bad idea and people supporting them and then being fleeced by them or their poor security practices and policies is really damaging cash.
Is it? Is it really? I haven't exactly seen a decrease in the use of cash. Though I aslo haven't seen a significant increase either. However among those using it they still seem to be using it.
Seems the same to me.
Stop being so extreme... I already have a car that will not automatically stop without hitting the car in front of me. Yes, in rare cases (extreme stop or someone cutting me off so close the car doesn't see it), I have to respond. But unless I see one of those two scenarios, I just cruise home while chatting hands-free with my wife. And it's wonderful.
This is the same with me. I just noticed the other day that the copyright notices on my Server's BIOS are from 2009. That's 6 years ago now. And I upgraded my video card for about $200 and play the latest games at the highest settings no problem.
No way you could do this with Apple hardware and software.
I just got my daughter a MacBook and we had to repeat setup 10 times. The screen kept being scrambled and unusable and couldn't continue. Finally, she charged it (it was at 70% but whatever) and after charging the dialog worked fine and we finished setup. Say what?!?
Windows may be bad, but at least I can install it without a problem on millions of possible hardware combinations without issue.
"Spock, did you see the looks on their faces?" "Yes, Captain, a sort of vacant contentment."
