There is no mention of FCC's licensing....I thought you need a license to operate a transmitter over 0.1 watt, or something really low like that. I am sure the FCC goons will put their knees on the neck of this project soon to protect their corporate buddies in the cell phone industry.

Me thinks that the future of the human race is where we belong, here. We are probably thousands of years away from workable space travel. There are no apps...all this "store" does is place shortcuts on your iPhone home screen to existing web-based apps like Google Voice and other apps which are mobile-friendly.

EXACTLY. The article is really confusing and poorly written...what do they mean by "the US. government" made it legal? What a stupid statement. Was this a law passed by Congress and signed by Obama, or is it some obscure FCC rule which has little to do with something being "legal" or not.
After digging through several pages of articles, we finally find out that the Copyright Office made up some lame-ass rules to allow users to jailbreak. That's not "law."
