Submission + - Troops pay baggage fees on way to war

sparhawktn writes: There is something fundamentally wrong with this picture and it doesn't matter if you are for or against the war. In my opinion this is the same as having the police or fire pay for their own gas while going to assist someone. What is the point to this? No one can make any logical or sensible argument for something so stupid.
