Management's intention is to be able to more accurately track billable hours, but some team members feel that by doing so, it will go against all things holy (Scrum-wise) and only hurt the development/creative process. I often hesitate before busting out my iPhone to record video or check email because I feel like "the rest of the world" instantly applies that "Apple snob" stereotype to anyone who uses it... and I don't want to be "that guy." Am I alone in occasionally feeling this way?

If I were you, I'd consider looking into the new hosting platforms built on cloud environments.

You should be able to find some online web hosts who charge per-use in a clustered environment so you don't have to bother about setting up your own EC2 servers (or whatever) yourself. Leave it to the experts as it were.

My company uses a cloud hosting provider and it's been great not even thinking about architecture as our website hosting needs have grown.

Ticketmaster has filed suit against the small software company RMG Technologies because, they say, RMG's software allows users to acquire tickets quickly and easily, providing a method for dealers to scalp tickets for popular venues. In their latest press release, Ticketmaster says a Federal Court has granted their request for an injunction against RMG Technologies, saying they are "committed to ensuring that consumers have fair and equitable access to tickets." Ticketmaster employed similar techniques against Cleveland Cavaliers after the Cavaliers launched a web site allowing season-ticket holders to resell or give-away unused tickets."
