ocknock writes: The International Herald Tribune is reporting that the underwater sea cables damaged in the December 2006 earthquake have all been repaired.
While voice and network traffic had been re-routed to compensate for the damaged cables, it will be interesting how the restoration to full bandwidth will affect those users.
