A corporation is an entity designed to indemnify the individuals of the corporation against personal liability. Yet, corporations are now provided some of the same rights as individual people. It's like reverse double jeopardy.

It goes hand in glove with the medical insurance industry all attempting to fleece patients for as much as they are worth. Try asking a care provider how much a service will cost if you happen to be uninsured. I've only been told, "we cannot tell you how much it will cost without insurance." WTF?

Not to mention, if the alternative is to take a cab who may purposely drive the long/slow way or drive like a crazy asshole in a shitty rat trap that seems on the verge of falling apart, Uber is very attractive.

This statement could be made about any profession in any line of business. The real question is, whose fault is it? Is it the less skill developer's fault for not perceiving and accounting for every possible scenario or is it yours for not properly communicating?
