"The broken English looks deliberately bad and doesn't exhibit any of the classic comprehension mistakes you actually expect to see in "Konglish". i.e it reads to me like an English speaker pretending to be bad at writing English."

That's your "proof that NK couldn't possibly have hacked Sony"?

Seriously?

An official statement from the FBI isn't exactly the same as some anonymous blog.

You can doubt the FBI all you want, but I don't know of anyone else having access to the primary evidence involved.

And as the other reply alluded to, what would be the motive for anyone else besides North Korea? It would have to be a very psycho ex-employee to risk going to jail for the rest of their lives for no personal gain. The threat to bomb theaters showing the film doesn't fit the disgruntled employee theory at all.

Yep. Build nuclear power plants or shut the fuck up. I'm sick and tired of hearing "denier, denier, denier" from these people and then when solutions are proposed, they say "hell no, you can't do that".

Who are you talking to? Mr. Strawman?

The US is currently building 4 nuclear reactors. "Anti-Nuclear" Obama appointed a bunch of "anti-nuclear activists" to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. They have approved 4 reactor construction applications. For those keeping score, that would be 4 more approved applications than Ronald Reagan, George HW Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush's RCS did combined over the previous 28 years.

At the same time, France and Japan are shutting down reactors. One of the new French President's campaign promises was to scale back France's use of nuclear power.

I'd have to agree it's a sausage fest but I've seen zero indication it's for any reason beyond a lack of interest on the part of females.

Maybe if there were programs to get young girls interested in programming, like something involving the White House Christmas tree, we would see more participation as they get older.

Electric vehicle range is hugely affected by aerodynamic drag, particularly a highway speeds. What looks aerodynamic is surprisingly unrelated to the drag coefficient. So modern car designers do things to actually improve drag, which seem weird and ugly to you.

The Ferrari F40, a triumph of car design in the late 80s, has a drag coefficient of 0.34. The Koenigsegg CCX has a Cd of 0.30. A 2001 Toyota Camry has a Cd of 0.29. And my Nissan Leaf has a Cd of 0.28.

My most notably odd feature on the Leaf is the big bug eye headlights. At highway speeds, those headlights create a bubble of low pressure around the side view mirrors, significantly decreasing drag. I'm a function over form kind of guy, so I think it's awesome.
