Random Utinni writes: A report commissioned by the non-profit and non-partisan Commonwealth Fund, gave the U.S. health-care system a "D", barely passing. This is unfortunate, as the U.S. spends more on health care than any other country. Given our ever-increasing reliance on technology to solve our problems, is more advanced (and more expensive) technology the answer to our current health-care woes? If not, what is?
