This is unfortunate, as the U.S. spends more on health care than any other country. Given our ever-increasing reliance on technology to solve our problems, is more advanced (and more expensive) technology the answer to our current health-care woes? If not, what is?

The timing, right after delivery of new ISS components and right before the arrival of a new crew (and first female space tourist), is a bit strange. What does this bode for the program?
