Comment They didn't remodel nor use a Zelda level (Score 1) 53

The town isn't based off of a level in Zelda. They simply used Zelda graphics, handheld or A Link to the Past graphics from the looks of it. Neat I guess, but not nearly as neat as if they'd modeled it after an original Zelda temple or something. Maybe not a water temple, if the fans are anything like my friends they wouldn't make it out without calling me first.

"Perhaps, but my freedom to spend my money as i see fit, on the candidate or candidates of my choosing, is protected under the 1st Amendment." I'll explain that to the next judge I try to 'contribute' to. I'm only exaggerating a little. Bribery is still bribery. And I'm not sure I see enough of a difference between bribing those who make the laws, those who interpret, and those who enforce.

A study conducted in this way could show that a box with custom "Atheist" label on the tape is treated differently than a normal box. Tons of people think this means bias towards atheists. If the study didn't start off with a confirmation bias, a different box would have had another, maybe "christian".

Otherwise this is just a study on adding extra designations to see if they affect the shipping in the US. Still an interesting experiment, but you have to realize what it is testing.

Besides, you're asking them to read an extra word. That is a built-in delay right there.

Apple has really gotten into everyone's heads. "You still have the older version of the OS? You must have vulnerabilities, then! You must upgrade to iOS5! Er, Android iOS5..." security patches are made through my Android even though I'm still on Gingerbread.

When it comes to Windows, everyone mods up using XP ten years later, but it's different with smartphones somehow? If there is a problem, it's not the lack of getting a new OS like many here have suggested (while that is frustrating it's not an option), it's the lack of pushing out security updates.

I'm with you. It's been frustrating having this opinion for so long, but it's also relieving recently. The more gay marriage is accepted the more vocal and hopefully influential this "get the gov't out of marriage" message seems to be. I don't know how people don't see that it makes both sides happy (except the zealots), the most I can figure is they don't know, or haven't thought about it.

Let's keep it going until it is fixed.
