I presume that this was not brought before your company's lawyer to act on it. I believe that he could have created enough stink that Dell would have taken care of you. The "bigger" customer that received better service likely had their lawyers do the talking for them, with bad publicity held out as a battering ram to motivate Dell to act. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Consumers can demand better service from their ISP's. Nag them enough and they may act.

What number constitutes "remarkably high"? There is no value in the article as there is nothing to be learned other then the researchers are likely looking for more grant money to continue their quest to a "really remarkably high" percentage of something that has "characteristics of entanglement". What are the specifics that lead them to believe that? Is it cold fusion level science?. I see this as useless.

Everyone has an opinion on AV programs. Anecdotes aren't really useful, however. I show our customers the latest results from AV-Test.org and AV-Comparitives.org so they can choose based on test comparisons. I have had hundreds of customers that claim they had no problems until "yesterday". Manually scanning the pulled hard drive usually shows malware files from as long as a couple of years ago. They just happened to pick up a particularly nasty one the day before, and then noticed pop-ups, extreme slowness, or other issues. We currently recommend Kaspersky for business use, as it isn't as bloated as Trend Micro or as buggy as Bitdefender. All three are highly rated currently. Others fall short on the test results. Among the free choices Avira is a top performer. 360 Total Security is currently even better, as long as you manually select the add-on Avira and Bitdefender engines. People in general tend to recommend what they use no matter how good it really is in comparison to the competition.

Possibly the filter that altered the photon that kept a slower speed, may have created virtual viscosity around it that slowed the photon down as if it was traveling though a different medium. Otherwise, it should have sped up to full speed after leaving the filter, even with a changed waveform.
