Is Twitter Rendered Obsolete By Google+? 456

suraj.sun writes with a ComputerWorld piece predicting the end of Twitter, at least in its current form. From the article: "It's only a matter of time before Twitter becomes a ghost town. While Google+ will soon do all the things Twitter does, Twitter can't support a long list of the things Google+ supports. Also on Google+, you can post pictures and videos directly in posts, launch immediately into a video chat, send your posts to nonmembers and even present all your posts marked 'Public' as a blog available to anyone with an Internet."

My problem isn't with chess at all. I think it's great, and really does teach you think differently than normal school activities. My problem is with the teaching it in school. A surefire way to guarantee that everyone will hate it, just like maths. They should instead insist that the children "stop wasting their time with silly games like chess", and watch it take off!

I would have thought that any long term hotmail users must have been in the dark a long time ago, not to see the light of gmail. /googleFan. We have it forced on us by my university, and as soon as it was possible, I set up everything to forward to my gmail account. Havent had to use the shoddy interface in a long time.
