No, because for 90% of those users the PSN password and the email password are going to be the same.

The only solution is new accounts and import trophies from the old one, but not anything sensitive.

I disagree Sony should send a verification to the default email address listed on each account. Peoples passwords might be the same but That is not Sony's fault. Any competent user should know to use a unique password for each service they subscribe too. Especially in cases where credit cards and other personal information are required.

Comment What if the children were telling the truth? (Score 1) 669

It doesn't say anywhere what actually inspired these children to post these comments in the first place. These allegations must have come from somewhere. Now I do admit, it is highly likely that the children were exaggerating but I hope that someone is looking into the events the transpired prior to the facebook comments being posted.

Comment Bad idea? (Score 1) 239

Anyone else think this is a horrible idea? People already think they are invincible enough to talk on the phone, head bang, watch movies, and bump extremely loud & obscene music. Do you really think it would be wise to tell them they don't need to pay attention anymore because the cars will do it for them?

But instead they just release these dumps, if only to say "500000 CABLES!"

I keep seeing people saying that they just "dumped" all these cables without going through them first. Even amazon has said "it is not credible that the extraordinary volume of 250,000 classified documents that Wikileaks is publishing could have been carefully redacted in such a way as to ensure that they weren't putting innocent people in jeopardy," I hardly believe this is true. You can check the wikileaks website yourself wikileaks.ch and see that they have only released 842 cables out of the 251,000 they have. Get that facts straight people. Do the research and use your brain.
