Apparently someone doesn't, because TFA and the summary are whining about a crowdfunding service that got off the ground now charging for the service.

Isn't eighty-eight for a price a little strange in today's hypersensitive political climate? (I think I saw a headline article about someone complaining about the president raising flags on August 8 because reasons.)

No. Amazon sounds like it needs to learn why people are directed through the produce section in every store now, and why endcaps full of prepared foods are in the way of consumers headed toward the cereal and milk.

I suspect this guy really just meant to troll the folks in the world who are bad at math. Unfortunately, thatâ€(TM)s a lot of people.

Just like when passing legislation, right? Why fix now what you can fundraise around in a future election?

OK Iâ€(TM)ll bite. Most of us are â€oethe geek†in our circles of friends and family. People come to us and listen to our computer, phone, cable, superhero, fantasy and sci-fi (including Star Wars) recommendations. If we say a device or movie is trash, hardly anyone in our circle will pay for it. Conversely, if we say something is great, people will usually at least check it out.

So...with that in mind, our friends and family are wondering whether or not MoviePass is legit. As heavy moviegoers ourselves, we may have been on the fence, maybe even a customer back in the day. However stories like this remind us that MoviePass is still trash, and despite comeback stories #35 and #36 will always be trash, so itâ€(TM)s a good time to remind our friends and family to stay the hell away from them, and they will continue to provide food, comfort and beer like all good non-geeks can.
