Create three pages, one of which contains only links to the other two. Now "click" from one of the child pages to the other. On a more serious note - Google may well be a massive generator of links to other sites, but I fail to see its usefulness in being able to click through it to other sites - it does rely on textual input.

It could, but that would be wrong.

There's nothing in the standards that says the sending server has to be in the same domain as the mail client.
I can use a gmail server to send mail from a hotmail address, or my ISP's smtp server to send mail from my domain, which may not be big enough to justify it's own infrastructure.

Actually stabbing someone is very easy. That is why in close quarters, a knife is far more dangerous than a gun.

Do you think so?
Having done neither, I'd always thought that stabbing somebody would be more difficult - having to be "up close and personal", rather than at a distance and somewhat removed from the consequences of the act, as with a shooting.

From the Guardian article there's a link to the Princesshay shopping centre which does use this system. Their website has a link to LandSecurities which is apparently the largest commercial property company in the uk. They have a link to a map which shows their retail property locations (http://www.landsecurities.com/retail-portfolio/our-retail-properties-by-location). This is probably a good starting point to determine the shopping centres using this system in the UK.
