If you totally discount the fact that they have already came here or are here , that would be quite a bit pretentious.
There's too much evidence laying all around via the various army corps everywhere on the planet and in space to dismiss the possibility. To try to broadcast very far might not be the best way to go. Perhaps , and im not convinced either way , we should look in our backyards and way closer to home than we're feeling comfortable with.

" She'd fallen behind on bills " lo and behold .. you're lucky limiters exist , in other places , they just cut it off.
In Quebec cutting electrics is not allowed in winter .. but when spring comes and no more heating is needed you got to catch up on payments.
Their system is different , but the key point is pay your bills on time and there's no problems. If you got problems call them and talk to customer relations and make an agreement with them. Again .. don't run , go ahead and call them. " I can't pay more than x this month " chances are they will take it. Good luck girl. I know it ain't easy. Trust me .. i know.

First of all the Charter of rights is the first chapter of Canada's constitution.
A special office was created to insure people's rights to privacy.

For Clearview , here in Quebec we also created a separate office for privacy issues,.
Here's what the Federal commissionner had to say :

The legally binding provincial orders require Clearview to:

        Stop offering its facial recognition services that have been the subject of the investigation in the three provinces;
        Stop collecting, using and disclosing images of people in the three provinces without consent; and
        Delete images and biometric facial arrays collected without consent from individuals in the three provinces.

“We welcome these important actions taken by our provincial counterparts. While Clearview stopped offering its services in Canada during the investigation, it had refused to cease the collection and use of Canadians’ data or delete images already collected,” says Privacy Commissioner of Canada Daniel Therrien.

“These orders also highlight once again significant shortcomings with the federal private sector privacy law. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada does not have order-making powers under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).”

The OPC has called for amendments to PIPEDA to provide for quick and effective enforcement mechanisms. In many countries, this has been enabled through granting powers to the regulator to issue orders and impose significant monetary penalties.

Commissioner Therrien noted that recent amendments to Quebec’s privacy law and proposals for legislative reform in British Columbia and Ontario provide for greater authority to impose meaningful penalties and create strong incentives for businesses to comply with the law.

Clearview prefers to ignore the law and operate at their own risk. Challenging and provoking the government like this only helps strenghten the laws and inevitably will ring the bell for Clearview. You can't always challenge the law keeping unethical and here in Quebec illegal behavior and think to get away with it forever. I , for one , hope Clearview will be shutdown and it's business everywhere destroyed by the local authorities.

Sounds like you're a lawyer for clearview with a clear interest at trying to defend the indefensible. They violated the rights of individuals across the planet including here in Canada and we have a judgment here against them. Anyways , you sound like their attorney so whatever you might want to make us swallow is total nonsense. Maybe your next career move is to apply to be a lawyer for Trump.
