writes "This morning the Toronto Police ,in a press conference, ( by Chief Bill Blair ) confirmed that the video Gawker was trying to lay it's hands on alledgely containing images of the Mayor Rob Ford smoking crack was real and they recovered it on one of the drives seized. The file had been deleted , but was still on disk and has been recuperated.Furthermore , the video is showing other criminal activity and the Chief of Toronto Police has declared himself being " disappointed ". The evidence will be made public after the tribunals has it in it's posession and decide that it is proper to release it. So we won't see it for now , but it does exist and clears Gawker of inventing that the tape ever existed. Yet another mayor having a bad day. Earlier on footage of the mayor yelling at reporters to get off his driveway when journalists were trying to ask him for his comments on the found tape was shown on air , it further makes the Mayor Rob Ford's resignation in the short term unavoidable."Link to Original Source
