On one hand I do agree the trailers, people talking, etc are annoying. But on the other hand I never go to a movie during prime times nor the first few weeks.

With digital there is no advantage to see a movie when it first releases. No image quality reduction like you get with film by waiting 3 weeks.

First Sunday showings and weekday matinees not only result in low audience, they are cheaper as well.

Cisco has lead this front with their devices. Not only have they been H.323 and SIP based for calls, you could register them to any registrar. They have started to continue the unwalled garden approach by offering USB pass through on their equipment. The Desk Pro and Room Kit Mini can be both used as a SIP device or a USB audio/video device.

The hope is for them to bring the USB pass through to their other devices. So far no other product from another manufacturer can touch the Room Kit Plus with Quad-cam.

I'm not super familiar with Meijer, or their app, but do you have to go through the checkout (even if it's cashier-less) then use your app to pay? Because Walmart already does that. The new thing sounds more like you pick up an item off the shelf, scan it with your phone, pay for it, and walk out the door.

Yes, you still go through a cashier-less register, but no one is checking your cart, you don't have to unload, no involvement with door greeter. So the level of trust is the same. Essentially with Walmart you pay money to bypass a line, but I presume you will have to let the door greeter check your receipt and check your cart? This is what occurs at Sam's Club with their (free) scan and go.

Correct, 25 parents cannot control 25 kids because you know, those 25 parents are busy doing their job. Sure, if the parent sat there and babysat the kid all day it would be easy, but then they wouldn't have a job other than babysitting/teaching.

One person in a room of 25 kids with the sole purpose to control and instruct the students is far easier to handle practically and logistically than a parent attempting to work in a new environment, with new work methods, while also trying to control their child or who is working in a new environment, with new learning methods.

Actually, Webex Meetings is one of the few that offers full support for everything:

-Browser join
-App join
-PSTN join (call-in or call-back)
-SIP join (call-in or call-back)
-h.323 join (call-in)

If you look at MS Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Google Meet, etc. Most either charge for some of those features as add-ons (Zoom wants $$ for SIP/h.323) or just don't offer them natively (MS Teams/Google Meet requires a 3rd party in order to support SIP video).

Everyone always says "Webex was buggy the last time I tested". The question is, when was the last time you tested? And was it on a locked down (fixed version) site? The cool thing about Webex is you can control the version for your company if required due to internal reasons. Sometimes this puts companies 2 years behind on their platform. Join an unlocked Webex site and it's the latest and greatest, and very bug free.

Unless you need/want SIP for video, then Zoom pricing skyrockets and pales in comparison to Webex. Keep in mind Webex is pretty powerful by not only offering traditional Meeting experience, they have H323/SIP support for video, unlimited audio offerings (call back and call in), tie in with Webex Teams, user Insights, etc etc etc.
