The radicals on the left are continuing their efforts to silence all free speech political action of the opposition. They have no interest in individual freedoms but only their agenda. If you are not with them, they will scream at you and call you a bigot, a homophobe or whatever false accusations they can to silence you. They speak of "tolerance" but what they really want is your silence and they have no tolerance of their own for differing view points.
They went after Eich for a simple 1000 dollar political donation and now they are trying to oust Condoleezza Rice? Why aren't these people trying to attack her not being called racists and misogynists and bigots? Are black people only protected if they are Democrats?
Enough is enough. The people who say that they stand for freedom must stand up for freedom regardless of which party you have voted for in the past. It is your duty to stand up against the bullies. It is your duty to stand up against the fascists.
Here is an important video about how the IRS and various other organizations including OSHA and the FBI are being used to harass americans over their political beliefs. This woman was interrogated by the IRS over her twitter posts and Facebook activity? What kind of fascism is that? How is that relevant to the IRS? https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
God hid it.
God is made of it.
Okay, that's the god excuses out of the way... now on with the physics!
Which is more scientific because
Just because you're personally too stupid to understand the proposed explanation doesn't make it a matter of Faith.
Right, you go ahead and continue "believing" the shape of the universe of the week story and that abiogenesis happened from a bunch of random proteins riding on a bunch of rock crystals being pushed around by water currents which somehow became complex DNA and then some something happened and we ended up with with a cell with nuclear DNA surrounded by a cell membrane and those cells somehow survived without a mitochondria to regulate cell metabolism and by some random events those cells swallowed a bacteria and this did not kill the cell and it somehow was turned into a mitochondria which would in turn split with the nuclear DNA to form new cells. Yup, all of those random events just happened somehow over millions of years if you believe their story. Their story is full of "something something" all over the place.
You say FUCK the inventor of Javascript and you have the nerve to talk about hate? You are the hater.
Alan Turing did not invent computers but he did make considerable contributions to the development of computers. I have no problem with individual gay people. I have a problem with hateful people like you regardless of your sexuality. Simply disagreeing with you does not equate to hating you. Your happiness is in your hands. All that it requires is for you to chose to be happy. Stop blaming others for your misery.
There's no "app" for screenshots because it's built into Android itself, and has been since 4.0 (which was released many years ago). It's volume down + power button. Just Google for "Android screenshot".
And? You have been able to do a screenshot on the iPhone/iPod Touch since version 1.0 using the power button + home button.
Again, you're spewing forth nonsense. No one is being prohibited from being part of a religion, or worshiping anything. You claimed that "activist atheists" are trying to infringe upon religious rights, but nowhere here is that happening. Separation of church and state also includes not having religious nonsense dictate what people can and can't do, or what definitions the government uses. Full stop. Anything else is a fiction created by retards. My point is... none of that garbage has a place in government, and if people are trying to force it down other people's throats by using the government, then I'm going to call them out on their bullshit.
Again you are spewing forth nonsense. Show me where it is written in the first amendment where it states that individuals cannot pray in schools or pray at work or pray anywhere however they choose whether that be silent or allowed? Where is in written that people are not allowed to assemble to worship? Where are these restrictions that you would impose on others written into the first amendment.
The first amendment only places a restriction on the government and not on citizens. Rather, it prohibits the government from restricting freedom of religion. Nowhere is the freedom from religion enshrined. You are free to NOT express your freedom of religion but not to prevent others from expressing their right.
I would prefer if it weren't possible for one non-politician to have more influence on government than another, but I am openly pro-tolerance and anti-oppression, and I do agree with what Tim Cook is doing. Nothing hypocritical about it.
Sorry but you are being hypocritical. Tim Cook should use his own money and time to promote whatever he wishes as a private citizen. That is a different story than using a company to promote a social aim without the consent of the owners of the company.
I seem marriage is the glue that holds society together. It is not an amusement ride for crying out loud. It was defined by gender/sex and not sexual preference. It is not like you are denied the right to associate with who you wish or any other individual right. Is it a violation of rights that men cannot give birth to babies? No, it is just not in their nature. In the same way, your gender defines who you can marry. Sorry but that is reality.
A "sincere opinion" is when somebody says "I prefer strawberry over vanilla pudding".
"I think some humans shouldn't have the same rights I have" isn't a sincere opinion, it's a failure of morals and ethical behavior.
Pot kettle black. You think that you have a right to express your opinion but anyone who thinks differently is not expressing their opinion? Is that what you are saying? You might want to google "which nazi was gay". It might shock you. There is no evidence that Adolf Hitler ever had a relationship with a woman.
This story has been a good opportunity to challenge my own assumptions. Some of the key questions I asked myself: * Should Mozilla have a CEO who gave $1000 to support prop 8? * Would it have been sufficient for him to renounce his support of the law? * Would he also have to announce his support for same sex marriage? * Would it be different if the campaign were to outlaw interracial couples?
Why should he be forced to to any of that?
Should you be forced to vote for a different party than your choice?
Where's the Conservative movement's boycott of Mozilla for oppressing an employee's exercise of their U.S. 1st Amendment rights, including freedom of political association, freedom of religion, freedom to petition, and freedom of speech (even, or especially, if not "politically correct")... and done on their own private time?
Right here. I uninstalled Firefox.
I uninstalled Firefox because of their spineless apology for this issue which should be an non-issue and Eich did nothing wrong. He was acting as a private citizen in 2008 and it's 2014 right now.
Let's see how they feel when their browser marketshare tanks.
