Try to RTFA.
It is not about "OMG we found propylene!!!". It is about the fact that we *did* find a lot of c3 hydrocarbones on Titan, but we didn't see the propylene, the simplest c3 hydrocarbone, before. Which was weird.
I, as a consumer, would really like Google to keep child porn out of my searches and out of YouTube. This is not about shooting the messenger, this is about providing quality content. If you don't want that, there is always 4chan.
It is not about how long does it take to trace. The thing is, once you made a call, there will be a record created at every relay server you passed through and eventually it will be possible to find the exact device you were calling from or, for a cellphone, your approximate location. No need to stay on the line.
There is no secret team on the bench. The most qualified people are already working on it. All that would change would be the bank account their paychecks are drawn from.
For the sake of the argument, lets assume that this is true. The thing is that right now they are acting in the best interest of the small group of TEPCO investors. If government hires them, they will be acting in the best interest of the government and -- presumably -- public. This is a critical difference.
